Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

1. Bookings

We understand that plans can change.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your booking time will receive a full refund or credit towards a future session.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking are non-refundable, as we reserve that time exclusively for you.

  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate your new time slot, subject to availability.

2. Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

  • If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Events, Clinics, or Group Bookings

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Happy Place Golf Lounge.

  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • If an event is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. maintenance, technical issues, or weather affecting access), guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, but may be transferred to another person.

  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

5. Technical Issues or Service Interruptions

If a simulator or facility issue prevents you from enjoying your booked session, we’ll offer a replacement session or refund, depending on your preference and the situation.
We always aim to ensure every customer leaves happy — it’s in our name!
